Unity Investments Inc. announced today that it will be offering to investors, friends, directors, employees and consultants of the Company up to C$3,000,000 in Mortgage Units in Eversyde Park.

These funds will be used to assist in construction finance for the Eversyde Park project as it continues to advance its real estate development and syndication vision, and to provide investment opportunities for third parties.

Unity Investments is owned and controlled by UBG Builders Inc., a real estate management company formed in 1998 that oversees a number of homebuilder companies with annual construction volume of approximately $330 million.
