Alpine Homes: Trailside Lodges, Canmore - Private Placement

Fully Financed - Closed for Investment.

Unity Investments Inc. announced today that it will be offering to friends, directors, employees and consultants of the Company up to C$1,000,000 in Mortgage Units in Trailside Lodges.

These funds will be used to assist in construction finance for the Trailside Lodges project as it continues to advance its real estate development and syndication vision, and to provide an opportunity for an investment for the employees and directors.

Unity Investments is owned and controlled by UBG Builders Inc., a real estate management company formed in 1998 that oversees a number of homebuilder companies with annual construction volume of approximately $330 million.
