Unity Builders Group, is a real estate management
company overseeing various homebuilder companies with a construction volume of
approximately C$330 million (slightly over 1,200 houses annually). Unity Builders
Group is owned and controlled by Mr. Bob Friesen. Prior to April 1998, Mr. Friesen served,
since 1986, as Executive Vice President and General Manager of one of Canada's largest real
estate developers.
