Robert Friesen - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Responsibilities: Bob is responsible for
overall policy and procedure setting and identification and negotiation of
opportunities.
Bob owns and controls the Unity Builders Group, a real estate management
company with a construction volume of C$330 million (over 1,200 houses annually).
Prior to April 1998, Mr. Friesen served, since 1986, as Executive Vice President
and General Manager of one of Canada’s largest real estate developers.
Jim Williams - Vice President, Business Development (VP)
Responsibilities: Jim is responsible for
Business Development.
Jim is a C.A. who has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20
years, 10 of which were with a real estate developer and manager of commercial
and retail properties with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. Jim has
helped to grow Unity Builders group to a house builder with C$330 million
annual turnover.
Paul Steckler - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Bob Gemmel - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Responsibilities: Bob is responsible for
development and implementation of effective performance practices in the areas of
leadership, planning, communication and teamwork.
Bob has diversified senior executive and consulting experience in setting
strategy, leading change initiatives and directing multi-level employee groups in
major organizations. He has prior leadership and consulting experience in the oil
and gas and retail shopping center industries. His involvement in the new home
industry began in 1996 as a performance coach and has included sales and marketing
and general management roles. Bob has also served for over fifteen years in the financial
industry at the Board Director and Board Chair levels.
